The only issue I had I had a pick up time and they were 20 minutes late. So if you I have an appointment after you get your car. I suggest you get the car earlier so that you won’t be in the bind that I was in. I was not able to make my appointment. But I do like them as a rental company

On the website it say they had the car we wanted in our closet location but then called and said they didn’t. Afterwards they transfer me over to the next town in oak grove Kentucky and the guy there had poor customer service didn’t really feel like he even wanted to be there. He said the reservation they can have the car is at 6pm without mentioning they closed at 6 which is weird in general to allow reservation at the time y’all close. We were almost there and just gonna be a couple minutes late cause of traffic and when I realize they close at 6 I made a call to let them know same guy poor customer service again felt like he didn’t want to be there. After I explain what going on he just dismiss me and said no even tho we were super close overall this was just a messy experience especially since it was gonna be my first time with them but this experience was just very inconvenient time wasted. The guy from oak grove probably shouldn’t be working there either considering he sounded like he hated the place already.
