  Redeemed a car wash as I was turning into the business but the location closed early so I was not able to use the purchased wash. I contacted Zips and Felipe from customer service told me he was unable to credit my account back because they show the was as used. The barcode was never scanned as the location closed early that day. Felipe was no help and the location will lose a customer. Use a different car wash - there are plenty of honest companies near by who care about their customers.

  Easiest self-serve car wash in Lexington by far. It’s also wonderful that they have so many locations around town and you can visit any of them. Get yourself a membership and pull in for a clean up anytime you drive past one in Lexington. You get two washes a day… There’s no reason to be dirty anymore.

  Wind screen shut down on the hood of my car while I was exiting the wash on a cold day. I filed a claim after noticing visible scratches on my hood. This claim was denied saying they do not use equipment that would cause this. I spoke with an employee and they told me this has happened before and because of it they no longer use that "equipment". As of now I'm fighting the claim. Hoping this company does the right thing.

  First, let me preface this by saying that I live in Versailles, but come to Zips for a car wash. Zips is the best!’ Sheldon, the manager at this car wash facility has gone above and beyond his job expectations. I inadvertently, more than likely vacuumed my son’s class ring into the vac system. He had his team break down the system after closing to look for it. Sadly, it was not found. But, I am so grateful to see that there is still some humanity left in this world. Thank you Sheldon and team for caring enough to do what you did ❤️🌻

  Disappointed. For as new as this place is, you would think the self service terminals would work, but they don’t, had to wait on an attendant to come with a tablet to take my payment. Car wash attendant was pushing the membership way too hard. Car wash did not touch the rear of my vehicle at all. I won’t be going back.
