  I was here about two weeks ago, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful, respectful, and welcoming. Their customer service deserves 5 stars all by itself! I went in for an oil change and ended up getting four new tires, and the entire process was absolutely phenomenal. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or talked into buying things I didn’t need. They were honest, straightforward, and genuinely focused on helping me find what was best for my vehicle. Any time I had a question, someone was there to help. Even if the salesperson I was originally working with was busy, another team member would step in and make sure I wasn’t left waiting or wondering what was going on. The teamwork was honestly impressive, and everyone treated me like my business and questions mattered. I’ll also admit that I was a little hesitant about coming in by myself as a female because you never know what kind of experience you’re going to have at an automotive shop. But they completely exceeded my expectations. I felt respected, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire experience. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Great customer service, honest recommendations, friendly employees, and an amazing team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place where you can feel confident that you’re being treated right. They definitely earned my business going forward! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  They may offer free tire rotation after purchasing new tires, but I hope you have Good Luck getting a time slot where they actually do the job. Let me explain: I called the store around 1pm on Wed Sept 30, 2026 and asked the service guy if they had any time slots available for a tire rotation that afternoon. He did not, so I asked could I make an appointment for the next day. He looked at the schedule for Thur Oct 1, 2026 and said the morning was booked, but he was clear starting at 1pm. I said put me in for 1pm. I showed up before 1pm and he asked me if I was just dropping it off. I said "no", I was planning to wait. Then I asked him how long should I expect. He seemed hesitant to specify a time, so I asked would it be 1 hour to 1.5 hours? His response was "Possibly". Unfortunately, at 2:30pm they had not even pulled the car into the bay. I asked for the keys back and told him to schedule me on Wed Oct 7, 2026 at 8am (when they open), and I will be there 15 mins early. Look for my review on Wed Oct 7, 2026 - I will leave a review based on the results from my "reschedule", so that you can make an informed decision if this is a tire store you wish to do business with! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Today is Wed Oct 7, 2026 and I have bumped the rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars, here's why: I arrived at the store at 7:40am today and I was the first person at the front desk when they opened at 8am. I was checked in by Marcus and he took my information and got my contact phone number. He asked if I was dropping off or waiting, and I answered waiting, but going across the street to look around. I asked "how long did he think it would take before it would be ready?", which he replied "about an hour". I did not get a call or text to alert me it was ready, but when I returned at 9:40am, it was already completed. I asked if they tried to contact me that it was completed, which he replied they did - around 9am. I said I did not get a call or text, and he checked the number in the computer system for me and somehow it has the wrong phone number for me, and that is the number they used. Although, I gave him my cell number when I checked in. I am happy they completed the work. I just know in the future that I will confirm with them to NOT use the incorrect number in their system to contact me. Instead, use my cell number that I give them at check-in!

  Super polite staff just poorly managed to account for other services to be done while simultaneously handling those who have scheduled an appointment like myself. Front end alignment slightly over typical at an hour and five minutes, the real rub was their “free” tire balance and rotation from buying my michelins from there…..1 hour and forty minutes, thats right, two hours and forty-five minutes (2:45) with an appointment. If you don't get priority having an appointment AND being a tire customer have I doubts customer service is a true priority.
