I was dealing with a tire that was losing air on my Denali HD. I swung by and was quickly taken care of. The new place is beautiful and even though I wasn’t there long, it wouldn’t have been a bad place to wait if I ever need anything more extensive done. They can do anything here and at a fair price. I will definitely be back!

I showed up on a Friday at 3:30 in the afternoon. I wanted a full set of tires on my car before they closed. I had an out of state trip the next day and really needed new tires.
These guys jumped through hoops to make it happen! I left before closing time with the new tires. Customer service is fantastic!

These guys just defy logic in fairness as we know it. Ive been using them about 5 years now and not once has one of their quotes been beaten by anyone in the area. On top of that, they service is friendly, good and for the most part they beat all expected work times which is incredible considering their shop stays slammed! Good on you guys for your success, and for remaining fair and service minded even when the docket is full!!! Look forward to bringing more cars to ya (though id prefer not to if possible!!!)

I will never go anywhere else for car repairs! After striking out at several other shops, I found John Clay Automotive and have used them several times now. They finally fixed a stubborn check engine light that kept coming back, taking the extra time to find the actual root of the problem. Their vacation drop-off service is a game-changer—I left my car while I was away, and the process was so seamless. They emailed a detailed diagnosis directly to my phone, where I could easily approve or deny work with a clear breakdown of prices. Plus, Alex and the Summit Mobile Detailing team detailed the car while it was there. It runs and looks like a brand-new vehicle straight off the dealership lot. 5 stars!
