  Not all coorporate locations are created equal. This place is above the rest. We use them for truck rentals all of the time. Jacob and his team are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of. The staff is friendly, the trucks are clean, and the process is easy. They have even assisted with rentals in different states while my crews were traveling. Glad we found this partnership!

  I’m sad about this rating. We’ve been renting from Enterprise for 15 years plus and always had great experiences until this trip. We rented a car with low tire pressure and when I contacted support I was told where to take it but wasn’t near any of those locations on vacation and then was told to visit an enterprise to trade cars out … visited 4 locations where I’m at and no one had a car for us . Took it to a facility to get the tire repaired and was told the car needed an oil change too. We’ve spent a day of our vacation on trying to get this issue fixed of swap cars out .

  When I went to return the car, I forgot my Personal keys to drive myself back home. A young man named McKinley said he would take me to my house to get my keys and bring me back. Very sweet! Above and beyond!

  Enterprise was a JOY after an unpleasant accident in Lexington, Ky. I called St. Farm, they put me in touch w/ Enterprise, Nicholasville, Ky. ( which was closer to VW Body Shop)! The Enterprise Rep. was a young guy motivated to deliver GREAT SERVICE to a customer after an unfortunate accident! He was detailed, professional, polite, & caring! I was very pleased to NOT have to ask questions as Crosby covered all the necessary information in a timely manner!
