- MMMaggieAug 11, 20261.0LONG STORY SHORT, GO NEXT DOOR TO NAPA!!!! Requested assistance for my battery to be checked because my car died 400 feet away (per Apple Maps). Walked to the store and employee offered to assist by testing my battery. He walked back to my car, tested it, and said he would be back with a jumper box so that I could get closer to the store to get my battery switched. I waited 15 minutes before calling while I’m standing in 90+ degree heat. Speak to another employee who informs me that it was against policy for the other individual to help me cause I was too far away. I am not arguing a policy but human decency would be to inform the person who’s waiting on you that you’re not coming. I called back to speak to the manager who apologized but also refrained from acknowledging the right thing would have been to let me know his employee couldn’t return to help. The NAPA Manager drove to me, checked my battery, and assisted me in getting a new battery. 5 stars for NAPA.

I asked the cashier at the front if I could take her to the restroom in the back he said yes. Then immediately a manager came around an isle an lied to me saying someone was in there. I looked at the cashier who put his head down shaking it side to side also knowing I was lied to an my 3 year old was denied access to a restroom. I have been going to this store for 20 years an have never had an issue being allowed to use the restroom.
