- AAArmando solo Jesús salva la fe en Cristo amén5 days ago1.0I am going for an emergency to this mechanical center , because I am without brakes on my car with my family and I have to continue traveling and they tell me that they cannot help me .that is a serious lack of customer service.not being able to help just by putting brakes on the car .I hope the supervisor sees how badly they work here
- NYNancy YobOct 2, 20265.0We were traveling in the area from out of state when we discovered our tire pressure was low due to a screw. We called Tire Discounters in Newport, and they were able to fit us in and get the tire patched same day. Everyone was very nice & we appreciate their efforts to get us back on the road.
- ADAshleigh DyerSep 26, 20265.0My tire pressure light came on while I was on the highway. This location was the closest to me at the time and also 30 minutes from closing. I pulled in and they helped me right away, no questions asked. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!
- KWKaren WilsonSep 25, 20265.0My low pressure light came on as I was leaving work. So I took my car to Tire Discounters to have them check it out. The Newport KY location, not my normal location. They had pull right up to get air. DYLAN noticed a nail in my tire. They told me it would be two hours. Then, Dylan turned back around and said just leave it there, I will go ahead a fix it now. About 20 to 30 minutes later I was on the road home. Thanks Dylan you are a Rockstar!
- EBElly BoydSep 23, 20265.0I wish I could do more than just leave these guys a review on google. My situation was a little strange and I cannot tell you how understanding and flexible they were with me. My review may not be based on how they fixed my car or what not, but I can tell you that the front end people have amazing character. I appreciate you guys more than you know! I wish I could remember their names, but the three front end people that were there 9/21, 9/22, and 9/23 in the morning/ afternoon…. THANK YOU!
