  I bought four tires here back in May and received a coupon for a free oil change. Called a week in advance a made an appointment for 10:00 AM and was told it would be take 90 minutes, my vehicle wasn’t finished until 2:00 PM. Four hours for a scheduled oil change is far too long. The staff were nice and courteous, but unfortunately, the service was extremely slow.An oil change should not take that much time when you have an appointment.

  Jack was very helpful today with getting a new tire replaced! Here is very pleasant and went out of his way to ask me about my vacation plans for the weekend. They had great communication and scheduling the appointment was easy online. There is also a ton of lunch locations, shopping including Target Kroger Ulta etc in walkable distance across the street. I would definitely come back again!!

  My daughter had a flat tire emergency - which always happens at night after all tire repair shops close :-). She dropped off her car overnight at Tire Discounters and took a Lyft home to avoid towing the car with a flat tire in the morning. Tire Discounters did call at 8AM this morning (1 add'l star). She took a Lyft back and arrived later this morning to wait. They committed to repair the tire by 1:30PM (1 star). I can appreciate this being an unscheduled appointment, but it's a easy assessment / fix (1/2 day wait especially since my daughter expressed the urgency). So I called Firestone 0.4 miles away and they are repairing the tire right away.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived for my 8:00 AM scheduled appointment before the store even opened and was the very first customer there, waiting outside for the doors to unlock. I dropped my car off expecting what should have been a straightforward tire replacement. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on because nobody reached out to me, and they kept saying it would probably just be another hour or so. Then, TEN HOURS after my 8:00 AM scheduled drop-off, they called me at 6:00 PM, one hour before closing , to tell me they didn’t even have the tire I needed and would have to get it the next day. Because they waited until 6:00 PM to tell me, I had no opportunity to take my car somewhere else. Every other tire shop was already closed or about to close, leaving me with no choice but to wait on Tire Discounters to finish the job. On top of that, I spent over $100 on Ubers throughout the day because I was expecting my vehicle to be completed as scheduled. That expense could have been avoided had they simply communicated earlier that they didn’t have the tire. When I picked up my car and explained how frustrating and costly this experience had been, no discount, reimbursement, or any effort whatsoever was made to make things right. After wasting nearly two days of my time and costing me over $100 in transportation, I paid full price as if nothing had happened. I understand that delays and inventory issues happen. What I can’t understand is the lack of planning, communication, and customer service. If you don’t have the tire needed for an 8:00 AM scheduled appointment, that should be identified before the appointment or, at the very least, shortly after the vehicle is dropped off, not after an entire day has been wasted and the customer has no other options. Absolute insanity.
