  Two stars instead of one because this was partially my fault. I had one flat tire. It could not be repaired, so when they called they told me the original tires were not available. Thinking they were not available AT ALL, I approved four new tires on a car with 24K at substantially more cost than replacing one. I called the dealership, which said the tires were indeed available. When I clarified with Tire Discounters, I was told that THEY couldn't get the tire, not that the tire was not available. Shame on me for not calling the dealership FIRST. I feel like I wasted three tires (he offered to let me keep them, but where am I supposed to store three tires?), and spent several hundreds of dollars more than I needed to spend. Other than taking them up on my free repair if I have a flat and it's repairable, I am going to be finished with Tire Discounters. I feel like I was deceived. I think they knew I was upset, because they kept chatting me up and being overly friendly. Not enough, guys, not enough.

  The team at Newport were great. We made an appointment for the tires to be checked and find the leak and those guys were awesome. Offered me a bottle of water while I waited and continually updated me on the progress as I waited in the lobby. I would 100% go back to Tire Discounters in Newport and that is the only place we get tires.

  Newport location is a scam. Had my mechanic check my vehicle over and he said I needed 2 tires and an alignment. Took it to the Newport tire discounters for just that. They said I need all 4 tires but the alignment would be free. I agreed to get all 4 replaced, thinking it would be close to the total of 2 tires and an alignment anyway. They didn’t give me options on tires, but quoted me over $1100. When I asked for something cheaper, they wanted to send me to another location 20 minutes away or have me wait for cheaper ones to come in from another store. I left the car with them and asked for the cheaper tires. Went back to get it when they said it was finished and they said they couldn’t do the alignment. So they talked me into 4 tires when I asked for 2 and still no alignment? They gave me a printout of a list of things wrong with the car and quoted $5000 in repairs before I could get the free alignment. I took it to another mechanic to check it out. Second mechanic to tell me everything was fine and it just needed alignment. Took it to another tire discounters even though I had nothing more done to the car. They didn’t say anything was wrong. Just did the alignment for me. The Newport location tried to get me for thousands of dollars that I don’t have and didn’t need to put into the car. They could’ve just done the alignment. Tried to get me to finance the “repairs” and everything. Very dishonest and tried to squeeze every penny out of me. Avoid this location like the plague!

  I went online around 730am on Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment for 1030am that same morning in Newport. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and in just a few minutes my service started. 45 minutes later my car was done and I was out the door. Everyone was friendly, professional and prompt. A+ Service

  This place is a total joke!! Took my 2026 Venue in to have one tire replaced. After waiting 2hrs while they had their Starbucks, I ask about my tire. The guy saids oh I didn’t know you were waiting. I said have you started my tire? He states I have the wrong size tires on my 2026 from the Dealer. I left with my flat tire took it somewhere else. Tire on in 30 minutes!Be very very careful these guys have no idea what they are talking about!!!!!!it was hilarious watching them look at each other about the wrong tires. They are CLUELESS! BEWARE!
