My go to rental car location, reliable! Has an after hours key drop on the right side of the building FYI.

The people I've interacted with thus far have been fantastic. But I do not like the corporate level decisions being made by this company. For example, the website is confusing and annoying to use. Then when I call I'm told that "you will be recorded and used to train AI" or whatever and that "by continuing, you consent." That stinks, guys. Don't do that. Then the hold times to talk to a real person instead of a bot aren't great, and again this is not the fault of the workers on site, this is the fault of corporate for not hiring enough people.

Top notch service. This branch is very professional and friendly. I will be on another trip in the next few weeks and will book with this Newport branch again. Thanks, Newport Enterprise.

Wrecked my car and insurance used enterprise. When I picked up the car, the manager Cade said I am allowed $50 a day through insurance, and the car is $56 a day and wanted me to pay the difference. I declined and he "Waive "the $6 extra a day. In talking with the insurance company, they only pay $43 a day. They were trying to swindle me out of an additional $6 a day. Unfortunately cannot pot with zero rating.
