    Shonetta Ruffin needs to be fired. She is terrible. She took her personal issues out on us. We shouldn't experience a person grieving and taking it out on us. She locked the door on us and called the police. The area manager promised a call and didn't call for a week and then he went out of town. Dorian was the best employee there so salty we are stuck with Shonetta. all of the employees look nervous and like they are walking on egg shells around her. She also talks shit about customers when they leave. I heard her talk bad about her job too. We have videos and recordings of her talking.

    First off the folks working at the branches were great. The call center experience was absolutely horrible. I called the call center which took about 15 minutes to get through the automated voice and giving them all my information, the call center said my car was booked. Right after I got off the phone the branch called me and said they didn’t have any cars. I called back, the call center looked at another branch. Again the call center said they had a car and the branch called me and said they didn’t have any cars available. This happened a third time, and after that I drove to the 4th branch myself and got the car. The folks at all the branches around the Cincy area were great, the call center needs to be completely thrown out and either reworked or just removed forever.
