I had a momentary freak out when I didn’t have the documents necessary to use my debit card but she talked me down and took care of it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My deposit was back in my account by that night. I would definitely use this Enterprise again!

From before we ever got the car the staff were absolutely spectacular. Kind and helpful. Unfortunately the car we received was really, really dirty. Sticky spray residue throughout the interior and on the windows, and crumbs in the center console and seats. For that reason I can only give the rating given, and the staff is what brought it there.
