When I picked up the car, the manager Cade said I am allowed $50 a day through insurance, and the car is $56 a day and wanted me to pay the difference. I declined and he "Waive "the $6 extra a day. In talking with the insurance company, they only pay $43 a day. They were trying to swindle me out of an additional $6 a day. Unfortunately cannot pot with zero rating.

When she arrived to pick up said vehicle, she was told 1) that luxury cars aren’t typically reserved from that location, then was told 2), the vehicle we should have gotten didn’t get back in time last night for tired tires to be put on. I think that good customer service dictates that if the car requested isn’t available, then do what can be done to make it available. Or, if that type of vehicle isn’t typically reserved from that location, don’t allow it to be reserved from there at all.
