  I can’t say enough good about this location especially its manager Haley I and my cousin were stranded in Tennessee and Kentucky she heard our plight and ensured we could get home thank you so much, Haley Your proof that some superheroes rent cars from enterprise and that you your staff in those who care as much as you do are the reason enterprise gets us where we’re going.

  Jamera gets 5 stars for sticking her neck out for me when enterprise dropped the ball TWICE. Booked an appointment for 10am.. 2 hours later, I get a text about an appointment for same day at 5pm so I call corporate asking about this because I didn't make the rental appointment for 5pm.. corporate says there is no appointment for me at 5pm and that the 10am still stands.. so I show up at 10am the following day.. no car.. and the ladies at the front desk said my appointment was for 5pm not 10am.. so obviously there's a communication issue..so I call corporate again trying to resovle this, they said they would escalate this.. an hour goes by and no call back.. so I take matters into my own hands and call paducah and Mayfield enterprise to see about cars.. the whole region is dry, so I drive back home to Paris, Tn to wait until 5pm for the appointment they had booked .. once I got there, there was still no car.. but Jamera did something she didn't have to do and got me rolling. So thanks to her I was able to make orientation to my new job on time. 5 stars for her. 2 for enterprise. Enterprise I've never had a problem with until that day. Oh.. and nobody attempted to contact me back not once from corporate after they said they would escalate the issue. Common courtesy would be to communicate with a customer even if its not an ideal situation for them.. especially someone who uses your services often.
