  I rented a car in ny. Drove it to kentucky. 2024 bad brakes , car shakes, the cruise control wasn't on and it tried to stop in the middle of a 3 lane highway. Every once in awhile it would jerk to the left. I am filled with knots in my back, a, blasting headache. Guess what kentucky said when I dropped it off.NOT MY PROBLEM. Yes they blamed ny. I highly recommend not using this company. They don't want you to have animals in the car and they are concerned about smoking also but they don't care that you almost caused a pile up on a 4 lane highway. Not my problem they say. The " proper answer should have been, " I am so sorry that happened. Let me call ny and get this taken care of for you " .

  Rented a car in Little Rock Arkansas had an issue with a tire going down came to the Murray location ,Dathel Felts fix the issue with no problem. she was very friendly and knowledgeable of her job. Great customer service would recommend this location anytime

  To be honest, we specifically requested a truck, and while the SUV technically worked, it created some inconvenience for our needs. Beyond that, the condition of the vehicle was disappointing—the seats were stained, the oil change light kept coming on, and the molding on the driver’s side was coming loose. We kept an eye on it, but issues like that shouldn’t fall on the customer to manage. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and have had good experiences. The young man who assisted us this time was helpful and kind, but the overall staff interaction didn’t feel as welcoming. Overall, I would rate this experience a 4 out of 10. I had been considering renting again in a couple of weeks, but now I’m uncertain. I share this honestly because feedback is the only way to improve—this particular vehicle simply didn’t meet expectations or the needs we had.
