  I rented a car in ny. Drove it to murray kentucky. 2024 bad brakes , car shakes, the cruise control wasn't on and it tried to stop in the middle of a 3 lane highway. Every once in awhile it would jerk to the left. I am filled with knots in my back, a, blasting headache. Guess what kentucky said when I dropped it off.NOT MY PROBLEM. Yes they blamed ny. I highly recommend not using this company. They don't want you to have animals in the car and they are concerned about smoking also but they don't care that you almost caused a pile up on a 4 lane highway. Not my problem they say. The " proper answer should have been, " I am so sorry that happened. Let me call ny and get this taken care of for you " .

  Rented a car in Little Rock Arkansas had an issue with a tire going down came to the Murray location ,Dathel Felts fix the issue with no problem. she was very friendly and knowledgeable of her job. Great customer service would recommend this location anytime
