Being a mechanic, I took the car home and inspected it on my own lift—the tie rods were in great condition. When I went back and asked for proof of the wear, the technician refused to engage once he realized I had professional knowledge of the situation. Absolute dishonesty; I’d avoid this place unless they’ve updated their staff. Only reason for the second star is management was respectful. Edit: The technician did call me and apologize for the way he treated me, which was big of him. I do still have a concern with how many people are being sold parts which aren't needed.
