- PBPhilip BennettAug 25, 20261.0Poor customer service ,stopped by to havetirechecked out on fleet account, 4 techs in garage and not one car inside and was told I can drop off overnight (11:00am by the way) or wait a couple of hours ,will take my business elsewhere and would not recommend .they did not care about fleet account so save your money
- RTRichard ToddAug 21, 20261.0Can I give less than one star? Had an appointment for 2 o’clock. At 2:40, I left. Manager spends more time in the bathroom than at the desk. AND, they were going to charge $117 to rotate and balance tires, which is about double the standard price. Nope.

- HBHunter BrooksAug 3, 20261.0Had an oil change scheduled, they never asked what kind of vehicle or anything. Drop off the truck, they even go out and look at it. Proceeded to pull the oil out, then realized it was a diesel truck, and they didnt have the oil available. The guy working the desk didnt even try to get a contact number from me. I had to call the store to ask if the vehicle was ready which is when they told me the issue: 2 hours later... They also stated none of the retailers around had the oil available, which was also incorrect. I found it at the autozone right up the road. The guy at the desk got his ego hurt that I had found and brought the oil from a retailer not far from there and he tried telling me it was the incorrect oil, which then the mechanic even reassured him that it was correct. Then proceeded to charge me labor after all of their mess ups. Even had the nerve to speak condescending to me and hit me with the normal "recommendations" after showing they cant do simple maintenance without issues. In total the full experience was awful, I have been using tire discounter off of dixie for 8 years and it is complete night and day compared to this one. I will not be returning to this tire discounter in mount washington: terrible service. No common sense at all from the staff.
