Waited for 2 hrs then was told to go to the enterprise at the airport that they had booked me another car. Went to the airport and they did not have another car for me that he said that they had booked for me. Had to rebook. But at the same lapse of time they brought a car from the airport to another client & gave them free gas for their troubles.

The full sized car I reserved was not available and was given a smaller car ( this wasn’t mentioned at the time of my checkout) that I couldn’t get comfortable in. I called the office back when I realized this after driving away but was told no other cars were available. I spoke with three individuals at Enterprise over the course of my trip but no one had any interest in getting me a more suitable car. I’ve been an Enterprise customer for decades and am now trying other companies for the two additional rentals I need this summer.
