  Yesterday, on my way home from Lexington, my car began making a racket. I made it to Mt Sterling and went to Dutch’s Ford service department. I told Branden, service tech, what it was doing and he immediately went to look at it. Next thing I know, he’s pulling my car inside. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to get my car right in. One of their mechanics found the problem and fixed it in no time. When I asked how much I owed, they said there was no charge since it was just a couple bolts that had come out. I do get my car serviced there but they didn’t ask my name so they wouldn’t have known that. I have to brag on them for being so kind and helpful and getting me back to my day. This is what genuine customer service looks like! I didn’t get the mechanics name or I would’ve listed him too!

  Another great experience with the service team at Dutch's Ford! Simple oil change and tire rotation. I had scheduled earlier in the week but was not feeling well and they worked me in on Friday. Super people to work with and they always seem to have the time to chat with you a bit about what they are doing, etc. Great people and dealership, can't go wrong with Dutch's.
