  I have never been so disappointed as I was yesterday. My daughter bought a used car there and we found problems with the car that evening and called the next day to let the salesman know and schedule a service appointment. The salesman, Brad Alford, wouldn’t return calls or messages. Three weeks we waited for the appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. The appointment was poorly planned and the details of the required work to be done was lost. We left the car and went to lunch. The service manager was supposed to call to update progress. The call never came, so we went back to the lot. Two hours and they hadn’t even looked at it. We waited for another hour and a half…still nothing had been done. I informed the service manager that to compensate for the wasted time a free oil change should be done. We left again for another 2 hours. Again there was supposed to be a phone call that never came. At 4 PM we were informed that parts were ordered and should be delivered in 2-3 business days. When asked if they had at least done the oil change, the manager dropped his head and said no. It’s a sad day when a man will look you in the eyes when telling you a lie but won’t make eye contact to tell the truth. This is not the place to shop if you expect service after the sale. They will shake your hand and take your money but don’t expect the same treatment after the check clears.

  Do not trust these people, they will sell you an over priced piece of junk and give you the run around when you tell them all the issues. Would not recommend

  Lonnie and the finance manager are top notch people Lonnie won’t let you get in a car your uncomfortable with and will protect you from any bad lot buys. The finance manager will go to bat with you to get you a loan and into a car you just have to work with them and they will work for you. Will always recommend any future buyers to these guys at the lot

  I will not go into detail, but let me just say that a customer should not have to go back to said establishment once they purchase a vehicle or make 20 phone calls to correct their mistakes, it should be one and done , by the way MR. BRAD, I still haven’t received the sticker for my license plate for the vehicle I purchased two months ago, Are we giving it 💯???

  Disconnect between advertised price and reality: I’m giving two stars because the salesperson was personally professional and reached out after we left, but the business model here is frustrating. We came in for a car advertised on their website for $18k. Before the test drive, I requested a "bottom dollar cash price" for my niece, who had saved her own money for this purchase. When we returned from the drive, the price presented was significantly higher than the website—not just by taxes and fees, but by a "chunk" of unexplained markup. When I brought up the advertised price, I was met with excuses about how the online price includes trade-in incentives and other qualifiers that weren't clearly applied. We chose to walk out because the initial transparency was zero. While the salesperson did call later to say they would "honor" the website price, the trust was already broken. If they had simply been upfront from the start and made a fair deal based on their own advertising, this would be a 5-star review.
