- 5H5 HATJul 27, 20261.0They started changing my oil before I told them what I wanted done on my car (before I could even turn the engine off) and then used dirty gloves to show me the air filter which got oil all over it.. They splashed oil and didn't wipe it up. They didn't even give me my receipt. Just a recommended services page and a paper "sticker". Took 30 minutes from start to finish and there wasn't even a line. I have not had this problem before today. Looked like new people playing "mechanic". Very unprofessional. Very disappointing
