These guys were great! My wife and I had recently purchased a vehicle and brought it in for an oil change. I didn’t know much about this particular brand and the guys there were very knowledgeable and actually taught me a lot about this new vehicle! Definitely would recommend!

In town stop over before heading to Nashville for a wedding. Realized I was due for an oil change. Found this Valvoline. Stopped in a little after opening. They already had 2 vehicles in working on them. The employee approached me and explained it would be a few minutes and it was him and another guy. After about 15 min several other employees showed up. They finished the 2 and pulled me in. I explained that I only needed the oil and filter changed. No need to check anything else. They got the job done in no time. All employees I encountered were very nice. Once in the bay it probably was a 15 min process. Luckily I had a $30 off coupon because its was over $110 for a full synthetic oil change without. Which $85 for an oil change is insane but it is what it is. Overall I give 2 thumbs up and would recommend.

I have been coming to this Valvoline for a decade. Before that I went to several places around town. Each time I come here the staff is friendly and professional. I've also noticed that there are long-term employees at this location.

Very professional, friendly and thorough employees. It was late afternoon and 89 degrees outside; the perfect time & temperature for people to be grumpy and ready for their day to end. Not these guys. They joked around, communicated well with each other and it seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their team and their jobs. They offered me bells & whistles services without pressure and when I turned them down, they didn’t make me feel guilty about my decisions. I will definitely return to this location for future oil changes.
