I had to hurry and find another location and came across Valvoline being 3 minutes away. I have severe social anxiety and I can’t even explain how comfortable these guys made me feel! They explained everything and were just overall so nice literally, every last one who spoke to me. This is my totally my new place for oil changes so thank you all so much. I wish I had gotten there names.

I took it to my dealership and they let me know that valvoline incorrectly serviced my car, called the customer support line to start a claim, the GM of this location called me to tell me they’re taking no accountability and was pretty defensive when I questioned him on the service tech being unsure how to handle my car and even having to call someone for guidance. Might be cheaper at first, but not worth the headache after

Everyone on the team was very friendly, professional, and super helpful from the moment I arrived. My oil change was completed very quickly, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what services were being performed and any recommendations they had. I really appreciated how efficient and transparent the entire process was. I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

The technician James was fast, efficient, and very thorough & also had a smile on his face when talking to me!!! I am from Indiana and gave up on the New Albany location but VERY happy I have these guys another chance to get my vehicle ready for my vacation! Thanks yall!!!!! Oh and also, the guys underneath you’re appreciated too!!! I will be back!
