  This place isn't worth one star.. totally unprofessional !! called day before set my appointment to pick up my car the next day by 9:30 "all set," just to get a call 2 hours before they close ,"they don't have a car to give me?"People have more important things to deal with than to rely on lies ! Get rid of the week links that can't do smiple tasks and get others that can communicate and do what they say. Avoid this branch !!

  We reserved a mini van but they had none. So we had to drive from Middlesboro to Corbin to pick up a 15 passenger van. Chelsey and Sarah were very helpful and courteous. Before leaving we never confirmed drop off time so there was alot of confusion with that. I will definitely be more diligent in the future. Just lots of confusion between wiper fluid reservoir having a hole in it and a cracked windshield. Either way...we were able to get on the road which we greatly appreciated.

  Rented a car for a one way trip, reserved it a month in advance, requested a midsized SUV! Night before was offered a discounted upgrade for a full size suv, so we took advantage and prepaid for that deal! First off, the car we were offered was not our upgraded full size suv or was even a midsize suv! Second it was the only car they could offer us I was told even tho it had been scheduled month in advance! Second thing, the car wasn’t even ready for our scheduled pick up time, we had to wait 35 min for the car to be cleaned before we could get on the road for our 8 hr drive! Third thing, the car we were given is the most uncomfortable inconvenient car, seats are uncomfortable, the trunk smaller than a sedan and barely held our things! The fact that the destination of our trip and the mileage we had to travel was well known to the company and wasn’t taken in consideration for us is just unacceptable and should have been the simplest of considerations for the customer! We will not be using enterprise again if this is the level of customer service and care that is given! Also… this is not a reflection of the sweet attendant behind the counter at this particular location! She was great!
