  Car was filthy both inside and out. Staff was not pleasant. Upon entering a business, one expects at least one employee to make eye contact or say “hello” or say “I’ll be with you in a moment”. Staff did not explain the process of a deposit being automatically deducted from my account. Although their printer was down both at registration and upon rental return, a paper copy could have been written. I was paying for the rental out of pocket. This was more of a reason for the staff to at least be personable. Perhaps this lack of professionalism is just a symptom of the local office, however, to me it downgrades all of Enterprise.

  The ladies were very professional and went out their way to get me a vehicle. Would highly recommend. The car wasn't back so they gave me a upgrade

  Stevie and Miranda helped me out in a pinch when I needed a vehicle unexpectedly! Those ladies work excellent together.

  The stuff at maysville ky Enterprise was great. I really like the ladies that I had. They were very good to me. I had something happen and they took care of me and everything and they're very understanding

  I called them from an hour away because on call they said they do have a car but when i arrived they didn’t
