- MGMariAnne Hawker- GreenMay 11, 20261.0If Pilot Travel Centers are going to put a large charge on anyone’s charge card. The should have to post it on the gas station. Restaurants & stores who charge to use a credit card post it. I had a $151.00 charge on my card & didn’t know what it was. It finally came off, but I had already contacted my credit card company.

- DLDmitry LMar 17, 20261.0This location has only one mechanic on duty all the time for a shop with 5 bays!!! Wow. I really don’t understand how they expect to get anything done with only one mechanic.
- KHKaitlyn HolbrookDec 30, 20251.0My husband and I went to stop for a sandwich was told by the staff the subway didn’t open until 7am when we got there at 6:30 which was no biggie. The manager of the subway showed up 15mins late and said that it would be a 10-15min wait til we could get anything. As someone who has always worked in a fast food establishment you should already be there before opening, prepping and getting things ready for your customers. Do better. Because “someone called in” you have to know that before ahead of time sounds like she just wanted to make an excuse.
