  Be careful. Enterprise will confirm a reservation but have zero cars available when you show up to get your car. Might be better off not using the online system. I complained to corporate and had no response at all. A "we're sorry" would have gotten a 3 star rather than a 1. No business that cares about customers overbooks. Did get a response from corporate. Could have been an AI bot I guess. Basically said look at the fine print on the Enterprise Website and disregard the confirmation email which says nothing along the lines of "we might be kidding" about having a car available.

  Using Enterprise was a wonderful, easy experience! They were very friendly and helpful! I had a beautiful car to drive for two days!
