  Has gone way down hill since I began going here. Good luck getting a towel or a vacuum! They still haven't fixed and ENTIRE ROW of vacuums that have been down for months. I'ol be cancelling my membership and moving to a CW that takes care of their equipment.

  I visited this car wash today, and unfortunately, the wash bay left some oil splattered all over the bottom of my vehicle. It was quite disheartening to see, especially since it is a newer model. I anticipate that removing the oil that has smeared all over my car will be a challenge. While the attendant did allow me to go through the wash again, the tire cleaner they used appears to be stuck to the entire underside of my brand new car, which is quite upsetting. I will not return at all.

  Your manger Haley is unprofessional and rude! I will never be back to this location as long as you employee people like her. The racist comments she made towards my granddaughter were uncalled for. And the whole time we needed assistance she sat there on her on her phone ignoring us!

  My father’s vehicle was damaged at Zips Car Wash, and the company accepted responsibility for the damage. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problem. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for them to follow through. I was told a settlement agreement had been emailed to me. It never arrived. I checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders, and there was nothing. I have repeatedly followed up by email and phone. Instead of answering my questions or sending the agreement, I have been asked for my mailing address approximately four separate times—even though I had already provided it. When I emailed asking where the settlement agreement was, I received yet another request for my mailing address instead of an answer. To make this even more disappointing, my husband had been a loyal Zips Car Wash member for four years. We never expected to be treated this way after being long-time customers. Accepting responsibility means very little if you don’t follow through. No customer should have to spend over a month chasing a company just to receive paperwork they were told had already sent. If this is how customer damage claims are handled, people deserve to know before trusting this company with their vehicles.

  Great, fast car wash! The month membership works out for us. Some days we wash our vehicles twice. They are always nice and clean.
