  ❌❌❌❌Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud My experience with Zips car wash has been horrible! I do not recommend at any point getting a membership with them. The car washes are not excellent and the vaccumes do not work well!! I wish I could give a zero. Often there is only one person working at this particular location. I signed up for one of there trail memberships one day I went to get a membership and my scanner just stopped working. They were still taking money from my account. The guy working was able to fix it so I could get a car wash the next time I went back same issue I had to show the guy at the place where money was coming out of my account. Fast forward. I cancel the account. Randomly there is a $10 charge from Zips on my account after I had already cancelled. 2 days after that and they gave me my money back and I cancelled again $45 was taken out of my account. The continued to make it as if I went to zips and that was starting the membership again. I'm like how did I go if y'all told me to remove the sticker. At this point I am calling it fraud. I'm on the phone with them now as I type this saying the same thing. The continue to make it as if I went there. I wish someone would explain to my car that needs a wash that I have been there. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Also Sajcee dediced to be rude when I asked for a list of the ppl that I have spoke to about the matter. Fraud Fraud Fraud I recommend going else where. ❌❌❌ Wish I could give no star

  went here at 7:55 and they were closed then (at least) 5 minutes before they were supposed to be. good thing i already pay for a membership so you still get my money even though you aren’t providing the service. to make it better there was a large ‘updated hours’ sign sitting out front

  Vacuum was powerful. Premium car was car still dirty, wheels not clean. Attendant was kind and helful.

  Definitely a step up from last time I came here. Had towels fully stocked and actual employees waiting at the kiosk and cleaning trash I don’t know what you all are doing differently but keep it up.
