- RARyan Anderson4 days ago1.0Complete and total ridiculousness! Don’t go to this car wash. The vacuums don’t work. You advertise free vacuums with the car wash and then you go through the car wash after you paid and you realize that the vacuum vacuums don’t work. They need to put up a sign or fix their vacuums almost none of the equipment works. There used to be a time in America, where we had integrity companies. Now companies like zips, want to intentionally deceive their customers to get their money. To deceived their people is unacceptable. I have a membership and I’m gonna consider counseling because I don’t wanna work with companies that don’t tell the truth!
- YGYunier GutierrezSep 16, 20261.0Este lugar es pésimo no friegan bien los carros quedan sucios y por demás también cierran antes de hora ya a las 7 de la noche están cerrados me a pasado en varias ocaciones
- GJGreg JettSep 9, 20265.0Got the basic wash plan. My car has never looked better.
- DDDennyAug 22, 20261.0The people that work at this location are Rude. Upper Management has changed the system going in to the car wash. You all have not taken in to consideration the old customers. No email no text no call... so therefore, It took me 20+ minutes to get in to get the car wash and that was after the guy and girl working just decided to press free wash due to the line being so long to get in. Also the car wash missed the whole drivers side and there was nothing that even touched the tires. Your washes use to be great but they are no longer great in Louisville KY. You do not even spray the cars off when first arriving anymore. Pathetic business model.
