  Useless, rude employees for the most part. Crappy car wash. Never again. You get what you pay for, and the condition of the employees and this car wash reflect that.

  In my opinion, this has become the worst Zips Car Wash location. Only one of its three entrance lanes is operational, which generally results in long lines. The young man who is always there to greet customers is very discourteous; you can explain to him a thousand times that you are already a member, yet he still makes you go through the entire sign-up process—wasting time—while constantly talking on his phone. It is a complete waste of time for everyone involved. On the other hand—and finally, something positive—the vacuums have improved significantly, as has the wash tunnel itself. Were it not for the poor treatment we receive from this employee—particularly those of us in the Latino community—we would continue to visit this location.

  I went there on February 5, 2026 approximately around 1245pm to get my car wash done.The lady employee refused my car wash.Im a member of zips car wash for a few years now.This location was my first time going there.She needed my member number off of my window which I told her I could not read the numbers.I did not have my glasses.There were no reason for her to refuse my carwash.She should have a scanner or something to read my membership.I had no issues at Zips on Dixie Hwy.Dixie Hwy were able to take care of me with no issues.I had to get my car wash at Dixie.I do not recommend Zips on Cane Run when employee refused my car wash.I am going to call the manager on Monday morning on this employee refused my car wash.My membership was not cancelled.She did not want to help.She did not care to help.She simply refused my carwash.The employees at Dixie Hwy were very nice and took care of me with no issues.

  Didn't wash my whole car. Normally its the best here but I guess bc of the cold and weather, the brushes werent going all way around car and they only had 5 vacuum available! My car literally had a whole line of salt and dirt on the front and back of car! But highly recommend but very expensive
