  I visited Zip Car Wash today with high expectations, but my experience was mixed. I want to start by highlighting the positives: the staff was very friendly throughout my visit. The towels were clean and dry, and the vacuums had excellent suction, which I really appreciated. However, the most important part—the actual car wash—fell far short of my expectations. When I left, I noticed numerous water spots and dirt on the windshield, visible residue on the rear of the vehicle, smudges on the side windows, and an overall finish that lacked the shine you'd expect from a car wash that promises premium results and top-tier paint protection. Although this wash was complimentary, it didn't convince me to switch from my current car wash to Zip. The photos speak for themselves. It's disappointing because the rest of the experience was positive, and I feel the final result doesn't reflect the level of quality Zip Car Wash strives to provide. I hope this feedback is seen as an opportunity to improve. If the Zip Car Wash team would be willing to offer me a code for another wash, I'd gladly give the service another chance. I'd love to update this review and become a loyal customer if the results meet my expectations. I believe a great company is defined by how it responds when a customer isn't completely satisfied.

  Usually most of the wash equipment is non functional and the rags smell like mildew.

  I have an autistic son who loves the soap and colorful lights coming through the wash, and the guy there named Jaden has always made us feel welcomed and we love coming!!
