When two people are there pre washing the grill,windshield, rear window and tailgate I feel like the car wash is much better. I do know when Tristan is there he seems to take his time and do a good job with all of those things. Today he even came around and was checking to make sure everyone was happy with the job that was done. That's definitely a step up from many of the experiences I have had there.

They’re always out of cloths to dry your car or clean your car and there’s never enough employees even when it says it’s open they don’t open it to customers because they’re short staffed it’s not worth traveling 30 minutes and paying $40 a month for you can never get a hold of anybody either when you call…save your money not worth it.

Just avoid this place, not worth any of the trouble. Everything the other reviews are saying is true. Customer service was fine, the wash itself sucked. It costs $20 for the mid grade wash, and my car is still dirty. The number on here is just a general customer service line. It rang once, I got an answering machine that said no agents were available. I left a voicemail with my number and email, and also submitted an inquiry on the website contact form. All I want is a refund because there's no reason to go back. Who knew I should've read the reviews before going to an automated car wash. I have no idea how this place has 4.8 stars when almost every review in the last year is 1 star.
