- SSSusan Sheehan2 days ago2.0I pay monthly for a membership and expect there to be clean towels in the bin. But the last few visits to the New Cut Rd location the towels have not been available.
- GMGina MentadoOct 7, 20261.0I had a membership here, the gentleman that cleans the windshield with the broom hit the windshield with the bottom hard part of the broom and cracked my windshield. The manager did a claim and they haven’t gotten back with me nor respond any of my emails.
- ABAngel BoucherSep 30, 20263.0I feel mixed about this location. It is convenient, and it mostly gets the job done, but there are enough small issues that make the experience frustrating. A lot of times, I leave with soap still on my car, and the dryers do not dry very well. The vacuums are also hit or miss, and I have mentioned some of these concerns before, but I have not noticed much improvement. The monthly deal is a good price, but the scanner for the sticker takes forever to read, and the gate often has to be opened manually. For a few dollars more, I feel like I would be better off going somewhere that rinses better, dries better, and has fewer issues with the gate or vacuums. I will say most of the employees have been kind and nice. I have only had one or two encounters where someone seemed moody. I just wish the equipment and wash quality were more consistent.

- JHJim HeleringerSep 19, 20265.0Never been a car wash that does so many extra things goes above and beyond what you think a car wash would do to your business and never give you attitude always smiles on your face not just saying this I’m from St. Matthews find myself actually with a flat tire where I parked it overnight Zach and Paul the general manager and his sidekick stepped right into the situation took control took our tire off our car with a bunch of fancy equipment where we can go get a new tire back on the road in 27 minutes wouldn’t take a tip or anything. I’m just telling you guys this is kind of car wash you want to come to if not, you have a screw lease lol
