  Fast & friendly service. This location is really the best. I've always had a great experience here. They are honest about the recommended services. Plus, go out or their way to make sure customers are treated & happy before they leave.

  Absolutely horrible service. Honestly just went in to have my fluids topped off and checked. Mainly the coolant because the coolant level warning came on. He said he checked the coolant and it was a sensor that was bad. Decided while I was there to go ahead and have my oil changed. Guy broke my dipstick in the dipstick tube. blamed it on me and literally left it that way broken. It was a very bad experience. After I left the check coolant warning came on again. I checked it myself and the coolant was low. It was not a sensor at all. I put coolant in it and the warning went away. I have to order the new parts because manager there said they were not responsible for the broken part. I have been a Customer here more than 15 years. I will NEVER NEVER be coming back for anything after this. Signed a very disappointed and unsatisfied and irritated customer.

  Very professional very nice. They did an excellent job. They even showed me. I had another air filter inside my glove compartment that I never knew I had one first time I ever had it done. They are very professional and very detailed.

  The team was absolutely amazing! I was THAT customer that pulled in 5 minutes before closing, and they were so understanding. Not one harsh word was said even though I know they all were cursing me in their minds 😂 I’m not offended—I was curing me too. The team was thorough and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner. I appreciate you all helping me out

  This is my favorite Valvoline even though all of them are 5 star service. They're very fast even when extremely busy, they are always friendly, happy to help/explain/elaborate with any questions or concerns you may have. I understand car places are known for trying to "get one over on you, sell you blinker fluid" lol, but Valvoline and this location in particular has never made me feel pressured I do believe they have been genuine and honest with me every time I go (which has been every 3000miles for nearly 20yrs now). They show me on their screens what most likely needs done (unless you have gotten it done somewhere else) and the genuine priority level of whatever they are showing you. If you don't have $150 to spend on a full transmission fluidb or cleaning thing (see idek what it's called lol) treatment maybe? They have other things such as their $20 fuel treatment that you can just buy the bottle they will put it in for you for free. Air filters are cheap and again installation is free. They top off all of your fluids after checking them and will check and fill your tires for the correct pressure and everything is included with the oil change. I think they cost about $100-$115? I signed up online a few years ago and get coupons in the mail and you can even opt-in to have them text or email you promotions and discounts! I just absolutely love this place and honestly if it were cheaper somewhere else I would still come here because of the customer service and the transparency of the workers. Highly recommended!
