- EWEli Whiple6 days ago5.0They were so punctual and respectful while I was stressing about doing my oil change today myself, I was called into both my jobs and they were precise and knew what they were doing! We laughed and they told me everything I needed for maintenance on the future, which is cheaper than most dealerships. I’d go to this location 11/10 times!!! Thank you Mr. L and thank you for your service for our country

They showed me the suggested service recommendations for my vehicle without being overly pushy or aggressive about trying to upsell me. I appreciated the professionalism & knowledge displayed by the technicians. This was my second visit to this location & I’ll definitely be returning!

- WLWhitney Lloyd-BaysSep 23, 20261.0I had a horrible experience and ended up having to have my car towed to Subaru after Valvoline overfilled my oil and messed with my transmission differential , causing it to leak all over my driveway. I opened a claim and was told the manager would be in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. I contacted the claim service a few times during these days. After about 4 days, I had to go ahead and have Subaru.Fix my car because I have to take my son to and from school and I have to go to and from work. I was then advised that they would not be acknowledging what they did wrong , and they refused my claim. I have been in contact with my attorney regarding this matter.

Usually people just seem mad at the world. Not here! I also saw that one guy was new and appeared to be in training. The others were helping him, giving him tips on how to do things. It was a great experience
