  I had a great experience at this Valvoline location on Brownsboro Road. Even during this extreme heat wave, they were efficient and happy to help with my oil change and tire rotation. The man who checked me out even went out of his way to help me reset my maintenance light. I definitely prefer this location over the Taylorsville Road one and will be coming back here from now on.

  The workers at this location are always so nice! I feel bad coming in as clueless as I am about cars and they are super patient lol

  Darien, Travis and Timothy serviced my vehicle and provided a quality experience. I was hopeful to get my headlights changed, however, with the make of my car, it required a bit more than a 15 min job to remove the house and get to the bulbs. These gentleman didn’t leave me disappointed though. With some good guidance, and knowledge from Travis, I was able to find alternative solution with autozone that worked out just fine! What I appreciate most about this particular valvoline location is that the staffs attitudes meet/exceed past the mark almost every time-no matter if it’s early morning or minutes until closing, they make sure to keep the engagement with customers positive(from what I’ve witnessed). I often wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation but they typically just genuinely receive my “thank you” with a smile. Hopefully this review does something, even if it just shines a bit more light on them. Thank you guys. You are valued!

  Waited almost an hour for an oil change with one car in the bay in front of me, on top of that they leave my skid plate to my oil filter hanging completely off. Very very unprofessional at this location. I will not be returning here. I really hope they did my oil change correct. The managers and higher ups really need to train their employees better.

  Got an oil change and tire rotation - was in and out so fast! And since I came at a good time and they weren’t busy, almost everyone pitched in on just my car and treated me like royalty. They even helped me find a quick and easy coupon because we all love a deal, right? Professional but very friendly, definitely recommend!
