We were in and out in about 20 minutes. We had a 50% off coupon so it was under $40! Highly recommend this valvoline location!

The team seems to work well together and one employee was patiently explaining things to a new hire. had good service in the past and had no issues with our cars. It can be challenging for my kids to wait for an oil change, but the staff engages them and even had a coloring book today! The staff also speaks highly of each other too! I definitely felt like they were giving genuine suggestions, not just trying to sell me something. Service was very quick despite it being a Saturday afternoon.

I was greeted with a smile and a wave by Assistant Manager Chlo before being guided by Manager Jackson into the work station. From there, Honey walked over and greeted me, initiating the process. Every staff member was polite, respectful and introduced themselves to me. While working, team members had a great flow, were super communicative with one another and worked efficiently. During check out, Chlo walked me through what was purchased and any additional options my car might require, explaining each one. This allowed me to know all the options available for tuning up my car and I was able to get my wipers replaced in addition to a cabin air filter change. Overall 5/5 stars for the crews hard work, friendly atmosphere, and informative approach to client car care. Will return again in 3,000 miles for next oil change.
