- CFConnor Flood3 days ago5.0The manager, Jackson, at 1450 Bardstown Rd was fantastic! I have been getting my routine oil changes at this location for years and he was the first manager to actually check and show me the cabin air filter. It still had the original filter from 2017 in there—full of leaves. Thank you for taking a look at my car holistically, not just the oil. Highly recommend!
- JMJack Miggins3 days ago5.0These guys make it easy! Quick, friendly, and they're not overly pushy about getting the extras, although it's the only way I remember many of the non-oil regular Maintanence things I should do so I'm always glad for the reminder. AND they open early? It just keeps getting better!
- MWMagdalene WaltersOct 5, 20265.0The best of the best! Been to multiple Valvoline locations near me and this one always takes the cake. Occasionally has a longer line than other locations but it is worth the wait every time! The staff never pressure you into unnecessary extra services and even help get the price as low as it can be. Thanks for the help today, Deon!
- KWKrista WalkerOct 5, 20265.0My car’s skid plate had lost some screws and was dragging on the ground, so I went to Valvoline right when they opened to get it taken care of. Chloe and Ava were the only two working that morning and were helping me and another customer, but they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind. They secured my skid plate, explained what happened and why it can happen, and even checked my car over—all at no charge. I really appreciated how willing they were to help, especially when they were already busy. Valvoline always delivers great service, but it’s the exceptional people who really make the experience stand out.

They were unable to repair the damage they did and said I needed to repair it elsewhere. I filed a claim to have repairs cost covered and they refused saying they were not responsible for shearing the lug nut. I went in with all lug studs in tact and came out with a broken one, that I needed to pay to repair. I do not recommend anyone use this valvoline, if they damage your car they will not cover repairs.
