  Matthew, the assistant manager, is super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, made sure I was happy with the service, and when I mentioned brakes, handed me information about their partnership with Nubrakes.

  Matt, Sierra, and Dylan went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. They were so busy in high 90 degree weather and still went above and beyond for every customer. I love that they inspected everything and provided only necessary recommendations without trying to take advantage of me. I must also mention that I went to shepherdsville location first and was told they were out of my oil filter, that they can't order it, it just comes in shipments on Tuesdays. Today is Wednesday. They may have been truthful but I feel they didn't want to work hard in the heat and humidity. Hillview Vavoline has a staff with a strong work ethic and great customer service, even in 98 degree weather. They even do a 2nd check verification to make sure everything is proper. I trust Hillview to take care of me and my vehicle. Thank you so much! I will be back.

  If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT GO TO VALVOLINE! They over filled my wifes car by 5 and a half quarts! It messed it up. We already had a vacation paid and we were going to drive her car. But we had to get a rental. They paid for the drain and fill and diagnostic fee, but it was still acting up. They won't pay for the rental. We had to have it because we were not going to drive to Florida and break down. The manager we spoke with said we just to drive it more. Incompetence is what this company should be called! Why send it to the claims team? They already said they don't have to pay it. Great customer relations this company has. Mess your car up and if you have to get rental because of what they did they don't care!

  I don’t think I have ever enjoyed an oil change as much as I did today with Matthew. He’s knowledgeable, practical, and has the best customer service. Thank you!!

  Great service. Forgot to air up tires but free air is right down the street so no big deal at all. Dudes are super nice and willing to help. Valvoline now charging a “oil tax” is pretty convenient for them but that’s not on the workers
