- SBSuzanne Barbiea2 days ago5.0Matthew was exceptional and took great care of us! We have frequented the Shepherdsville location for years but lately have been disappointed with the quality of services provided. This came to a tipping point on Friday when Matthew asked if he could look at our air filter (we have a Toyota Prius Hybrid) I looked at him and said well we’ve been told for the past 5 years that we have to go to a dealership for this because it’s too difficult for the staff. He walked right around to my glove box and popped it right out. This was both irritating and relieved because I now feel like I have been lied to by the Shepherdsville location. He went above and beyond to make sure my fluids were checked, my tires were good, and everything was up to my satisfaction. He also pointed out that my coolant cap needed to be replaced; told me where to go, what to ask for, and what I would need to tell the sales associate. He definitely won us over and we will be back. Shepherdsville should really look at the way Hillview is doing things and take some lessons.
