- GRGriselda De Anda Romero3 days ago5.0I had a really great experience at Valvoline today! Sierra (I believe that was her name) took care of me and was amazing from start to finish. She made sure everything my car needed was taken care of, including my oil, wipers, and getting both of my fans replaced. She was very helpful, professional, and made sure I understood what my car needed without making the whole process feel stressful. I believe she was also the manager on duty, and you could definitely tell she cared about making sure customers were taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated her help today. Thank you!
- AKava kateAug 27, 20262.0leaving ANOTHER review since they decided to remove my last one, i left valvoline and all of a sudden , all of my coolant decided to start leaking out of my car! before i went, it wasn't doing that. i went for a oil change. also one of the employees, chase wise, decided to remember my name and look me up on instagram! creepy! i will keep writing reviews. if you keep getting them taken down.

I had asked several times if they had checked my tire pressure and they told me all three times that they did and even got an attitude with me. I did not appreciate them lying to me, once I got on the road my car started telling me that I still needed to get my tire pressure checked. I got home and thankfully my neighbour had a machine for it and both of my back tires were at 24. When they told me they were at 33. Horrible service.

I have never experienced service this good at any automotive shop. They fixed my mistakes kindly and patiently. My vehicle now runs better than ever.

He was sure to ask me if I wanted the recommended stuff done to my car. Now here’s why I’m taking off a star because he plainly said my tire pressure was recommended at 36 and I said yes that’s fine. It clearly states on my paper that all four tires were checked and are at a pressure of 36. But that’s not the case after I left. My tires were all different 34/34/33/32. Whoever checked my tires didn’t do their job! Super fast service! No wait and was there maybe 10-15 mins
