- RMRick Mays1 day ago1.0The past two service visits, I have had problems with service. The first oil change service, several months ago I noticed oil leaking from the bottom of my car a couple days later, because technician failed to properly tighten the oil filter. Just Saturday, I requested an oil change & tire rotation my bill $147. I started driving down I-264 westbound my car's front end started shaking. Upon inspection from another Valvoline Store, the technician found that my right front lug nuts were loose. The employee's in LaGrange Rd. Store did complete my service task request, which could have resulted in an injury traffic crash. The Manager, claims that on video the Service was completed correctly, clearly a lie. These Technician's instead of completing job tasks on my car safely, decided to jump over to the next two inbound cars. Which will lead to future claims against this location.

- MJMark JohnsonApr 24, 20265.0Valvoline usually does an awesome job this time they did great but somebody didn’t stock my oil filter so I had to go down the road and Jiffy Lube was holding a sign out by the road hurting for business so I stopped in and got an oil change there. No offense Valvoline and this Valvoline that I went to was right off of the Interstate and you don’t have a warehouse I understand you can’t stock many oil filters. I’m sure you will do a good job for me next time I stop in with My 2023 ram 3500
