  This place is terrible. Always out of filters and always short staffed so they can't do a tire rotation. Last time I go there.

  Got my oiled changed today and not only was the service incredibly quick, the manager Ron was super nice and was wonderful to talk to while I waited. Highly recommend this location!

  My personal oil change was fast, friendly, and efficient. However, waiting for the car in front of me was an exercise in frustration - and called into question the "instant" part of your business name. I watched the service team struggle for almost 15 minutes to install *wiper blades* on a late model Taurus. I can appreciate that everything doesn't always go as planned. But if it's that hard to install a wiper blade on a fairly modern vehicle, then maybe you shouldn't be selling them.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Valvoline. I went in for a routine oil change and left with a vehicle that was sputtering and shaking, despite having no issues before my visit. I immediately brought my vehicle back, expecting them to investigate and help resolve the problem. Instead, the manager was dismissive and told me it wasn’t their fault. I was also told it was my responsibility to pay for the tow, even though my car was functioning properly before the oil change. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, I felt talked down to and blamed for a problem that began immediately after their service. As a result, I have had to pay over $300 in towing fees and more than $200 in diagnostic fees, and I have been without a vehicle since Saturday. To make matters worse, I have contacted Valvoline customer service four separate times, and despite being told an area manager would contact me, I have still received no response. After having my vehicle professionally diagnosed, I found out what caused the issue. The technician determined that when Valvoline checked my oil level, they pulled the dipstick housing out instead of just the dipstick. This caused oil to spray throughout the engine compartment, which is what led to my vehicle sputtering and shaking after I left the shop. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete absence of communication have been incredibly frustrating. I trusted Valvoline with a routine maintenance service and instead ended up with hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses and no vehicle. I hope someone from management finally takes responsibility and works to resolve this situation.
