- MGMadison Gooch1 day ago2.0I went here to get my oil changed and the assistant manager Matt was the one who helped me. He was very sassy and like awkward. Other than an oil change, he asked if I had any questions and I asked him about my wrench light that had been staying on, and he was just like I don’t know? And I said I mean I think it’s Matenance but other than my oil being changed, what other Matenance would I need? He was like yeah idk. Like in a tone of me being stupid as if why would I even ask him. Turns out, I needed my tires rotated lol which I literally could’ve gotten done there but he was so strange, he wasn’t able to verbalize that. Maybe he’s just autistic or something, I’m not sure. I feel bad if that’s the case but my car had been sitting for two months after I had a surgery and couldn’t drive so I feel like this could’ve been a very easy opportunity for them to upsell me on something but he didn’t because he was so odd. I guess I’ll get my tires rotated elsewhere. Maybe they don’t offer it here?

- MDMegan DennisMay 12, 20264.0I want to thank Ethan at the Hikes Point Valvoline for being so professional and helpful today. I was NOT happy when I pulled up. Yesterday I had my oil changed there, but when I turned the car on today I had three different error messages on the dashboard and the engine felt like it was shaking as I drove. Ethan was very clear in explaining what he was doing to try and find the problem, immediately fixed the air hose that was not attached, and explained what errors might pop up again later. My car is driving fine again. While I wish the staff yesterday had not sent me off with a major problem, Ethan was fantastic in fixing it.
