- TTThuc Tran5 days ago2.0Last week, I went to Valvoline for an oil change. While driving later, my car signaled that the engine oil level was low. I returned the very next day so they could top it off. Afterward, I checked the plastic cover shielding the oil filter and discovered that they had reinstalled it incorrectly and were missing a screw. I will never go back there again.
