  Quickest I've ever got an oil change...and ill be honest...they used to take forever....or much longer than I was told...but this time...I had an oil change and tires rotated in record time. Hope it stays that way!

  First time customer and I'm not satisfied. Rebates that are offered do not work and they say there is nothing they can do. This will probably be my 1st and late time using tire discounters. I'll go back to discount tires.

  I always have a great experience at tire discount. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The lady at the front counter was not very friendly. She didn’t ask for my keys i had to say here are my keys and laid them in the counter .

  Bought 4 tires and received a free oil change. Oil change was supposed to include washer fluid fill and all fluid a checked. Got the car back and there was no washer fluid and none of the other fluids had been checked bc coolant was low. They did not put the spare tire back in its place under the car even after I asked and they said they did. Also, we were told at drop off that the car would be ready the same day and would get a call, I called them at 5 and they said it was ready we opted to pick up the next day and found out that morning that they hadn’t even done the oil change age yet.

  Sales rep. Zieben Leal knowingly overcharged me for service. I came in to get two tires mounted & balanced, plus rotating two more. I was instead charged for mounting and balancing 4 wheels (Invoice#: ITW-1064058592). I called the store the day after, and he insisted that the price was right and that he billed a 4 wheel mount and balance instead of 2 mount and balance + 2 rotation because it would "cost less". I called another store (store 61) to verify that I had been overcharged, and was told I was incorrectly billed and to call store 64 back. Store 64 did not answer the phone after several attempts. In addition to this, I was told my other two tires that were not replaced were bad because they only had 3/32nd tread depth remaining and they had recommended I buy new tires. Using a simple tire tread depth gauge, one tire showed 5.5/32nds and the other showed 6/32nds. Neither were down to the wear indicators. Overall horrible experience, please take your business to another company. Stores like this are the reason people distrust mechanic shops.
