Customers beware. This store does not do what they are supposed to do. I have been to this location multiple times, mainly because its the only one near me and the only reason I keep going back is because my tires were purchased from tire discounters and warranty covering my tires. Or I would literally go somewhere else. EVERYTIME I have been there for oil change or other maintenance I always ask for a balance and rotate to maintain the health of my tires and it's included with tire purchase. And EVERYTIME I mark my tires with chalk to make sure they get balanced and rotated, only because one time I asked for that service and when I left I noticed when I got home that the one tire I knew was missing the valve stem cap was still on in the rear driver side. Since then I started marking my rear tires with chalk and everytime I pick it up the marks are still on the rear tires..meaning they never balanced or rotated my tires. It's literally a quick service and can be dangerous to not have that done. I call them out on it and they have the lamest excuses everytime. The funniest one I heard was the technician couldn't read English so he probably didn't know what to do....really that's your excuse. Today was the final straw. Dropped it off to have my tire sensors replaced, balance and rotate, alignment and break check. I was unable to get there before closing so asked to leave it parked outside and I'll pick it up later using my spare keys and get my regular key from them later. Pull up to get it, to no surprise my tires were not rotated. I literally marked 3 of the 4 tires with 3 different letters. Very obvious. I could tell they had not been balanced either. When replacing weights the area on the inner wheel is cleaned off to assure proper sticking of the weights, I could see the weights and they were dirty, so they were my old ones, so cause I don't have the actual alignment paper, still in store with my original keys, I'm gonna go ahead and assume the alignment wasn't done either. They did replace the sensors, BUT when refilling my tires they overfilled them by 8 lbs. Not the first time either as I check that too when picking up my car, which is also dangerous as that causes you to lose traction on the road, as proper tire pressure is vital for traction, and it causes the center of the tire to wear out faster. So in short, this store does not care about doing regular maintenance on your tires to maintain the health of them and potentially putting you at risk while driving. To top it off they also damaged my car, I'm assuming it was improperly put on the lift and it popped the bottom piece off some. And whoever drove my car into the bay was dirty as hell as my driver panal is filthy. Photos loaded to show damage, the inside driver panal filth and that the area around the weights has not been cleaned so no new weights put on. I only know this cause I check everytime now and my tires should be at 32lbs and were filled to 40lbs. So beware of shady work if you have to take your car there. Like I said only reason I go is because of the tire warranty.

This place is an absolute joke. I would not recommend it to anybody. They’re friendly at the counter quick to take your keys and get your vehicle into the shop but Beyond that they I have absolutely no idea what they are doing to your car!! I replaced the front end of my blazer brand new everything ball joints, tie, rods, Wheel bears control arms Adler arm Pitman arm everything new they took my stuff on the lift had it for two hours brought it back. My front end was cambered. Everything was out of line. I took it back to the next day. They put it back on a lift for two more hours brought it back and it pulls to the passenger side. I am in the process of searching for another place to pay the full price to get my alignment done that actually knows what they’re doing. My stuff is still not right, but I am scared to put it back on their lift because obviously they do not know what they are doing All you had to Tell me was I can’t get your shit correct and give me my money back
