- AEAdam EmbryAug 22, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION (Bardstown Rd; Fern Creek/Beuchel). We bought tires for two different vehicles. We like Tire Discounters overall. With that said, do NOT go to this location. I scheduled a 9 AM appointment for the free tire rotation that is apart of the service plan (one of the main reasons our tires were purchased through TD). Only after waiting for 90 minutes and no updates provided and when I asked for my keys (because I can't waste my entire day sitting in their lobby) is it discovered that they've lost my keys. There were open bays at multiple points while I waited. There were employees in and out of the waiting area, the service area and in the parking lot, even walking across the street to the gas station. No urgency was ever shown for a customer with an appointment and no apology was ever offered. I should also mention that I had to call twice to schedule the appointment because my call was disconnected after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. So they have proven more than once they were not worthy of my time or patience.

The 2nd time i took it there, technician was done in like 10 mins and made my alignment way worse. Waste of money paying for an alignment. I feel like its quantity over quality there just to rush my car with a fast alignment job. Worst alignment job ever.
