- LRLori RothSep 4, 20265.0What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Buying new tires is not at the top of my list, but this could not have been any easier. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and handled with complete professionalism.
- AEAdam EmbryAug 22, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION (Bardstown Rd; Fern Creek/Beuchel). We bought tires for two different vehicles. We like Tire Discounters overall. With that said, do NOT go to this location. I scheduled a 9 AM appointment for the free tire rotation that is apart of the service plan (one of the main reasons our tires were purchased through TD). Only after waiting for 90 minutes and no updates provided and when I asked for my keys (because I can't waste my entire day sitting in their lobby) is it discovered that they've lost my keys. There were open bays at multiple points while I waited. There were employees in and out of the waiting area, the service area and in the parking lot, even walking across the street to the gas station. No urgency was ever shown for a customer with an appointment and no apology was ever offered. I should also mention that I had to call twice to schedule the appointment because my call was disconnected after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. So they have proven more than once they were not worthy of my time or patience.
- MCmiguel chavezAug 22, 20264.0They have a great service sadly they didn't have my tire but no complains good people
- RBRick BivenAug 7, 20265.0Great bunch of guys here they are awesome to work with the get you in and out as quick as possible and let you know other things that possibly couldn’t need fixed for future vists
