  As always Dakota and Chester were very professional. It’s never a good thing to deal with car trouble, but when these guys are around to collaborate together, well it’s definitely a good change to see when dealing with mechanical issues. They always put all options out there and I absolutely appreciate their expertise!!!

  Very disappointed with this location. I bought 4 new tires and rims in January 2026. My 17 year old daughter drives the vehicle the tires and rims were put on. She goes into the store on 9-16-2026 to have the passenger front tire repaired due to a nail being in the tire. They tell her it'll be about an hour it took over 2 hours then they didn't balance the tire so she drove to work and school today scared because the tire is shaking so bad. Her boyfriend takes the car back to get the tire balanced and they tell him they are busy and it'll be quite some time and he needs to be patient. How dare you? For one the job should have been done right on 9-16-26. How dare you expect a 17 year old to drive around on a unbalanced tire being scared the entire time driving. What if it were your teenage daughter or family member? They treated her like crap and don't care about her time or safety because she's a teenage girl. Do better. I'll definitely go elsewhere when I need tires or rims. You lost my business and I'll be sure my friends and family don't do business here. You are jeopardizing peoples safety and plan to fix it when you're ready: IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT ON 9-16-26

  I would give this place a zero if it was a option.. I'm usually a discount tire customer but discount tire doesn't do alignments so i decided to try tire discounters because they did alignment with tire installation now I literally when to this tire discounters on dixie on 8/27/2026 to pay a forced deposit on 4 tires and made a appointment in a week advance to have my tires installed on 9/05/2026 at 9am . When i arrive 10 minutes before 9 i notice that there were a lot of customers also there at 9 am which I was told by them they all had 9 am appointment for work to be done on their cars . I finally got to the counter at 9:30 and asked Chester Davisson who was already upset because i believe he was alone up front , i guess making 9 am appointment was basically worthless in which he replied yes and I ask does this means my car could possibly be sitting here all day which he replied yes and if i don't want to wait i can cancel the work .. mind you i was never told this the week before I made the appointment.. So now im upset and told him what is the point of making an appointment if you have all these customers also coming in isn't making an appointment to secure a spot for work to be done. Long story story we got into a bit which by the way I never swore at this man just upset that my car isn't going to be worked on a time of appointment, but he was very vogarly aggressive to me in how he was speaking to me which end with him telling me to get out his shop and don't let the door hit me where the good lord split me .. im talking very aggressive in how he was speaking to me that we should have ended up in a fist fight .. This is the General manager Chester Davisson speaking to me in this manner. Now after this encounter I will never do business with this tire discounters area again and stick with discount tires in the future. ZERO STARS BECAUSE OF BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE BY THE GENERAL MANAGER CHESTER DAVISSON

  If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish, and the customer service we received from Chester at the front counter was unacceptable. We called ahead about having a four-wheeler’s tires replaced and specifically asked about the turnaround time. We were told it would take approximately 2 hours, so we brought it in that day and made arrangements based on what we were told. After 2 hours had passed, we called for an update and were told it would be another hour. We gave them an additional 2 hours and then showed up to pick it up, only to find that the four-wheeler still had not had the tires put on at all. When we questioned Chester about the situation and the timeframe we had been given, his response was, “I don’t care if I said 2 hours or 6 hours, it isn’t done.” When I told him I was going to take the four-wheeler elsewhere, he responded, “That would be more than okay with me.” Mistakes and delays can happen, but the way a customer is treated when they question the situation says a lot about a business. We were given multiple time estimates, waited several additional hours, and ultimately received nothing but an attitude when we came to pick up our property. We will not be returning, and based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect basic communication, professionalism, and respect from the people handling your business.
