- ALAlexus Lemus2 days ago1.0Our tire kept going low so we brought it in to be patched they charged us $40 which was fine. After they patched it they informed us that it was a nail stuck between the treads. Our first impression was great we even discussed the cost for 4 new tires since we knew we'd need them soon. Less than a week later our tire is flat again we called and they told us to bring it up for them to look at it. The man told us "I don't know who patched this but they should have told you it was too damaged to be repaired" had they told us that originally we would have bought a new tire from them but now they are refusing to refund our $40 and refuse to discount us for their mistake. Just thankful they only scammed us out of $40 and not more.

Informs me DOT wouldn't allow him to rotate my tires. then proceeded to tell me i need Ball-Joints. Both of these statements are false. This company uses half truths to extract every dollar and preys on the not so mechanically inclined.
