  Extremely disappointing experience with Tire Discounters. I had to make five visits to two locations in just three days, yet the loud screeching noise that started after their initial service remained unresolved. Proper diagnostics and verification were lacking, and the second location reportedly hadn't even inspected my vehicle. This isn't an isolated experience. Just three weeks earlier, my dad had to make 3 visits to get his work completed and was charged for services that were reportedly skipped. Although they replaced a ball joint that THEY damaged at no charge, the repeated failures, poor communication, and lack of accountability have completely undermined our trust. My family and I have been to this location MANY times over the years, and when Mark was there he always took care of us, but since his absence things have turning into complete chaos. I will not return and cannot recommend Tire Discounters. Customer safety, honesty, and quality service should always come first.

  Location on Lagrange rd service was poor. Not helpful or friendly. Representative with face covered in tattoos was not friendly or receptive.

  This location is absolutely worthless. I’ve bought all sets of my tires at this location over the years and the service has went absolutely downhill. I have scheduled three appointments over the last month to get something fixed. They accept the appointments and when I get there, there’s always an excuse they don’t have workers or equipment is down. Don’t waste your time just schedule at one of their other locations. It’s beyond pitiful.

  I took my car there early in the morning due to a tire leak caused by a nail, and there was about an hour wait. I didn’t mind waiting, but once they finally got my car, it took another hour for them to let me know that they couldn’t patch the tire due to their policy regarding the location of the damage. They recommended that I purchase a new tire. I called three other shops and sent them a picture showing where the nail was located, and all three said it was odd that the tire couldn’t be patched. I ended up taking my car to Big O Tires, where they were able to patch the tire and told me there was no need to replace it. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and felt that I was unnecessarily advised to purchase a new tire when the tire could, in fact, be repaired. The guy at the front desk was extremely nice though!!
