- JMJulian MundellJun 2, 20265.0I went to discount tire for quite some time on Shelbyville road until the day I had my appointment scheduled like normal. I had arrived 10 minutes early only to be informed it would be 3-4hrs which is insane for the work that I needed done, being that they told me on the phone it would only take roughly 45minutes. I decided I was never going back to that establishment and have since been going to Tire Discounters on Shelbyville road right down the street. Andrew, the general manager, has since shown me the most outstanding customer service and realistic wait times you could ask for. Very accommodating and understanding people over at this location. They sure know how to turn a crap day into a better day. That’s for sure🙌🏼 P.s. Ben was the tire tech that helped me the first time I was at tire Discounters and he’s a very helpful professional guy as well. Props to the team here at TireDiscounters.
