  Went in with a tire noise issue, and was considering replacing all 4 tires. But Andrew discussed some other options with me and treated replacement as a last resort, rather than simply try to sell me new tires. He suggested doing some tire maintenance for about $100 bucks first, vs. spend a grand on replacement. I really appreciated that. Very chill, I will be back when the time comes and would gladly send any of my friends there. Thanks!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service — We Will Definitely Be Returning Customers! We were first-time customers at Tire Discounters after being referred by Keith Mcholan, owner of Kentuckiana Auto Sales, and we are so grateful for his recommendation. Keith had recently straightened our son’s bent tire rim, and since our son also needed four new tires, he recommended Tire Discounters. Keith told us we would receive excellent service, and he was absolutely right! Amberlin was exceptional from beginning to end. She has wonderful listening skills and was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. What impressed us most was how well she communicated throughout the entire process. She kept us informed about when we could expect our car to be ready and, when the work was completed, took the time to clearly explain what had been done. I also witnessed Amberlin providing that same level of care to other customers. She patiently reviewed the mechanic’s findings, explained additional recommendations, and provided helpful timeframes for when the recommended work should be addressed. There was never any pressure—just clear, helpful information and excellent communication. It is refreshing to find a business where excellent customer service is truly a priority. Amberlin and the Tire Discounters team made our first experience such a positive one that they have definitely earned us as returning customers!   Had my car towed to them on a Thursday night , I have road hazard warranty and needed my tire replaced , at 8:00 AM I called to ask when it would be repaired they told me my tire was not on site and “were on their way I didn’t hear anything back so at 2:30 pm I decided to go down there , once again they told me the tire was in transit I told them this is unacceptable as a customer I finally got my ONE tire replaced after 7 hours I left a online complaint with the general manager Bruce Bruce left a voice message, I called him back he offered no remedy , all he did was make excuses for the company , the female who handled the situation was extremely indifferent and I could tell she did not care one way or the other Funny thing about the tires is that when I purchased them two months ago they were not on site but they were able to get them there in exactly 18 minutes But since they already made the sell honoring the road hazard warranty was something that was not of sense of urgency
