- ASAshley Shelden2 days ago3.0This place is nuts. Part of it is not the store's fault, where they have lots of walk in business, but part of it is bad customer service. Their system is that you walk in and wait for them to acknowledge you. You aren't checking in, they're writing your name on a piece of paper, even if you have an appointment. Eventually they call your name and check you in. Once that happens, things went better, except for one thing. They told me my car's back windshield wipers needed replacing. They didn't actually install or remove the old one?? They put the new windshield wiper laid on top of the old one. I found this out when it fell off later. This place is chaotic. The prices are fine but it's not that great of a deal (at least for my car).

Please give her a raise and show how much you value you her! On more than one occasion there has been multiple people in line some cranky and she handles everything one with grace and kindness and knowledge!! She runs the show and does an amazing job!

She saved me over $300 dollars from the dealership quote indeed. I will be back of course for other services.
