  I purchased the full service wash. My car was half dried. The tires I had to ask if they had been treated and they did do them over again. My windshield looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. It was so smeared. This is not the Timmy’s I am used to going to. So disappointed.

  I had a very bad experience today. The problem was entirely with the system and beyond my control. I tried to get a car wash and provided my account number, name, phone number, and account confirmation email, but I still wasn't allowed in. I was told I had to come back when I had the code to scan. I find it truly disrespectful to pay for a Plus membership and then be unable to use the service I’m paying for due to a system issue. I hope they resolve these problems, because a membership should guarantee access to the service, not waste the customer's time.
