  Very disappointed with this car wash. Almost all the vacuums are broken and out of service. I pay for the full service, but you can barely find a single working vacuum.

  Vacuums NEVER work! Employees are great. The one on preston highway is always working properly. I have a membership, smh its sad I gotta drive 20 miles away for a decent wash and Vacuum.

  They are thieves, cancel the membership on August 1st, they charged it again on the 8th and when I complain, they tell me they can't refund my money... the worst car wash in Louisville......👎👎👎👎

  There’s a man supposedly the assistant manager at this site named Jack and he was vaping from a weed pen which is illegal and was on his phone and did not do a very good job washing my car I had to honk and pull into the washing tunnel myself without guidance from the “Assistant manager” and refused to give me the managers phone number so I could make a complaint… the women who work here are very nice though but if that man continues to work or manage this location I will be canceling my membership.
