  Update: I sent an email to customer service and they replied almost immediately. Apparently, the location realized their error and contacted their corporate on how they could refund the money for the coupon. They have issued a credit to my grandson’s card for the value of the coupon. If you have issues, try emailing rather than calling. Update: this morning my husband tried the number you gave in your reply and no answer. He tried 2 other numbers he found online and no answer. Starting to see a pattern here. He was finally able to leave his name and number and we’re awaiting a callback. My grandson went up there tonight to get his oil changed and had a $20 coupon. The guy said he would take it off after the oil change before he paid. A lady came out and was very rude and said the coupon wasn’t good and he should have showed it to worker before he got his oil changed (which he did). I am very disappointed because our entire family takes our cars there and I feel they took advantage of a teenager. We tried calling up there several times and no one answered the phone.

  To start this review off I’m gonna say I’ve been here in this bay for almost 45 mins just waiting on a basic oil change when I first arrived there was one person having there vehicle serviced once that vehicle was done I thought maybe it times they start on mine BIG NOPE another car pulled into the other bay and they proceeded to start working on the other car I’m just here for a basic oil change and like I said I’ve been here almost 45 mins and my car has yet to be touched.

  I only use AMSOIL. I use it in everything I own so I’m supplying the oil and filter first time trying this place on Preston Highway as usual I bring my oil&filter. The place that I normally go charges me $30 and uses my oil&filter this place charges me $55. It will not happen again. 👎

  They were short staffed. But Andrew did a great job with getting customers taken care of quickly. He really went above and beyond.
