Guys there could definitely benefit from having a process as it appeared they were meandering around without much of a plan. Also, the email asking to only put 5 star reviews on here and call customer service if not feels very misleading if a business truly wants feedback on how well they did. Feels very dishonest and unethical to only ask for 5 star rating. Good luck to you though.
