- ASAlicia SwiftJun 12, 20265.0Valvoline on new cut had both bays backed out to the main road. Couldn’t even pull in. Went one red light past and saw Strickland Brothers. Looked up the reviews immediately. Was much more impressed than Valvolines. It was $127 after a 20% discount. They changed oil (Full synthetic) replaced air filter and they even added a couple bolts to my plate that were left off by Valvoline during the last oil change, which they used zip ties to hold up. Jamie was great, very friendly and very personable, she even gave my daughter a sucker and a bottle of water for both of us while we waited as it was very hot. We were greeted on arrival and all needs were taken care of in literally 10 minutes such a convenience as we were going out of town the next day! 10 out of 10 recommend! We will be repeat customers for sure!

I noticed my car was needing oil frequently after the oil change here, so took it to the usual SB I go to. They let me know that the SB on New cut installed the completely wrong filter for my car and my car was leaking oil from the filter. I was very disappointed to hear this. If I was less attentive to my car, this could’ve really messed up my engine. They need more experienced staff overseeing them here.
