  Very knowledgeable about what they do. Explained everything to me as they went and had great customer service. Fast but correctly done work. Definitely recommend.

  The technician jammed my bolt from oil pan into the socket, he then proceeded to throw the socket down in the parking lot in order to get the bolt out of the socket this is so unprofessional in front of the owner of the vehicle, treating any parts to a vehicle like that is so unprofessional!! Let’s hope they will replace parts the technician damages on his own!

  We had a great experience at Strickland Brothers. Loved the complimentary water and air freshener. James took very good care of us and even found and corrected a mistake from our last oil change with another servicer. We will be back!

  I went about a week ago only because they are closer to me, now I was there about a year ago and didn't return because the assistant manager named Brittany, she was really pushy and like tweaky, I kept telling her I didn't want anything but an oil change, she was so annoying, I didn't return because of that. I took a chance last week and OMG, she's gone and the dude named James took care of me, no pushiness, he was really cool as was everybody else, I will definitely be a returning customer more often!
