  Terrible Experience. I Will Not Be Returning. I recently stopped in for an oil change, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've witnessed at a business. There were two employees working that day, one clearly more experienced than the other. Throughout my visit, the experienced employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the younger employee, who was simply trying to ask questions and learn his job. I genuinely felt bad for the young man. What really shocked me was when the younger employee asked what type of oil to put in another customer's car parked next to mine. The experienced employee responded, "I don't care, just put something in there." Are you kidding me? We're talking about someone's vehicle, something people spend thousands of dollars on and trust your business to maintain properly. That response told me everything I needed to know about the level of care and professionalism at this location. I have two major problems with what I witnessed. First, no employee, especially someone new and trying to learn, deserves to be treated that way. Second, if your employees don't care enough to make sure the correct oil goes into a customer's vehicle, why should anyone trust you with theirs? **How a business treats its employees says a lot about how it operates, and how casually it treats a customer's vehicle says even more.** I will absolutely not be returning. I refuse to support a business that treats its people this poorly and demonstrates such a complete lack of concern for its customers.

  Nice employees. And the store seems to be well run. But I don’t like hidden fees. A $99 oil change should be $99 plus tax.

  Both my techs went above and beyond on my first experience with Strickland brothers. Im new here to the area. They took such great care of me. 5 stars for both gentlemen

  Quick and easy! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Offered a cold water while I waited. Used high quality oil & filters, clearly explained the advantages of each choice.

  4 instead of 5 stars just because there were some hiccups the first couple of visits; filters being out of stock, longer than anticipated service times. However, even with those set backs, the customer service has always been exceptional and friendly. I'm glad I gave them the extra chances as this last visit was smooth and easy. I will definitely continue to use them.
