  Oil cut with own oil. Purchased filter. Staff was friendly efficient and thorough. I appreciate the water that I was given. I will return for other service and with my other vehicle.

  Isaiah and the team at Strickland on Blankenbaker Pkwy were fantastic. Quick, professional, friendly. Offered a couple optional services but never pushy. Genuinely felt they were offering help if I appreciated the option. Will definitely go back again.

  Great customer service and very knowledgeable! While taking my daughter to experience her very first oil change in the truck we just purchased six months ago from Jeff Wyler of Clarksville, IN we learned that her vehicle had a dent in the oil cooler. As Dalton and Isaiah was working on wrapping up our oil change they were unable to reattach the oil filter properly due to this dent which cause oil to leak out everywhere. While they were not able to fix my problem their great customer service really shined through as they stayed with me until I was able to get a plan in place to get the car repaired. That helped me to stay calm and get the matter resolved in a professional matter. Great job guys, and we will be back for future services! Now on to Jeff.....
