  Safelite did an amazing job repairing the chip in my windshield! The appointment was easy to make and they worked it around my schedule. The technician was very informative and the repair didn’t take long at all!

  My vehicle was recently vandalized in Louisville, KY at The Brown's Hotel parking garage. During that vandalism the person smashed my passenger side window out. I scheduled Safelite to replace my window and the appointment was made a week out. During this time not one single time did they reach out to me by email or phone to say they couldn't get a replacement window for my truck instead they canceled the appointment without notifying me in ANY way. I had to arrange things for my work to be able to accommodate this appointment and I sat here all day waiting for an appointment that had been canceled without my knowledge. I called to ask why no one ever showed up or contacted me and that's how I even found out that they had canceled it. Someone could have told me ahead of time so I could've made other arrangements but no they just let me be oblivious to it all. So now I'm still riding around with plastic on my window because Safelite didn't think it pertinent enough to contact me to tell me they were canceling my appointment. BAD BUSINESS! VERY BAD!

  I like when a company says between 8 and 12 , than comes at 8.45 . He did an excellent job and was gone before 12. No complaints from me on Raymond Would recommend him and safelite For your windshield

  While my family and I were in New Orleans a couple of weeks ago, there was noise of the front windshield being hit with some unknown object. An impact crater was the result, which I knew it would grow over time. After getting home, I made the decision to contact Safelite Auto to setup an appointment to replace the front windshield. There, the website was easy to navigate and understand everything I needed to know, from scheduling day and time to payment of the deductible. Especially the part where they would file to my auto insurance company on my behalf with no hassle! Few days later, a rep from Safelite Auto came, set up my car, and went to work. 1 1/2 hours later, he was done, and explained everything he did to my car. The workmanship was excellent, even after several days of rain, and no leaks or unusual sounds/movements of the windshield were found. Well worth the cost, especially when I do a lot of traveling to all over the place!

  Call anyone else and avoid Safelite, they messed up my auto wipers and my forward sensing camera now are refusing the warranty they are supposed to honor saying I have to contact a dealer for further repair. They may be a large company but a complete scam.
