  I needed to sell my car and they set me up a day to sell it. You don't pick a specific time (which is fine), but you schedule a day and somebody is suppose to call you 30mins in advance of meeting you there. It was very inconvenient because I lived 3 hours away from my car that I couldn't drive, but I made it work. I was in Louisville for that specific day and waited all day for them to call me, but they never did. I wrote them an email explaining what happened and I never got a response pertaining to my incident. I did get a call back asking if I still wanted to sell my car. I gave them another chance and they still did not call me on the scheduled day. I double checked to make sure all the information I gave them was correct and it was. I'm very disappointed with them and I am going to have to find a different business to sell my car through.

  I had quite the adventure looking for Chrysler wheels! First, I checked a local junkyard and found nothing. Then, I drove two hours to Indiana and came up empty-handed. Finally, I drove two and a half hours from Cincinnati down to a U-Pull yard in Louisville, Kentucky. At first, I couldn't find the wheels in the yard. I asked a salesman wearing glasses if he knew of any cars with those exact rims. He tracked down the vehicle for me! He said we had to get the manager's permission to have someone pull them. The manager came out and made it happen right away. This excellent service meant a lot to me! I really appreciate the salesman, Lorin, and all the employees who got involved to help me.
