  Very disappointed with my experience at this Penske. For reasons that were never clearly explained to me, they refused to rent me a truck and wasted a significant amount of our time in the process. We came prepared and expected professionalism, but instead received poor communication and no clear answers. If there are requirements or restrictions, customers deserve to know them upfront rather than finding out after spending so much time there. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service I expected. It felt like they simply didn’t want to help and couldn’t even provide a reasonable explanation.

  I would never in my life ever rent a truck from this company ever again. Strictly based off the experience on checking the truck back in and talking with the manager. I'm really glad the woman at check out told me to make sure to take a video of the fuel tank when I filled it up to return it. I 100% took that video showing proof that the fuel tank had been filled at or past the level of when I received it. As well, the tank would not take any more fuel from the pump as the fuel was past the tank bars which would indicate a full tank. Penske on Petersburg Rd. charged my card for an additional $36.46 and said they added 4.3 gallon of fuel at $8.00 dollars a gallon to an already full fuel tank. Just straight up tried to scam me and if I wasn't paying attention this would have easily gone unnoticed. To which the manager told me I was wrong and that the intake form was correct. To which I said I have video proof and time stamped that the fuel level when returned to your yard was full. Only at that point did she offer to refund the money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SHADY COMPANIES... If there was a negative 100 stars, I would pick that.

  Penske dealership at this location was phenomenal Madison. Great customer service really help walk you through the process really help guide you. They’re all questions that you have top-notch. I will definitely ask for her every time I come to Penske.
