I feel like if National had gentlemen like this throughout their company, many others would rent them so I would like to congratulate you on a great hire somebody who I would personally like to have on my team. Also, it’s probably one of the quickest checkouts I had and I’m sure it’s because of his knowledge.

Their professionalism and willingness to assist makes my experience even better, and I truly appreciate the excellent service they provide.
- SMStriker MailSep 6, 20263.0They advertise, if you're executive elite, you can pick any vehicle in that area. However, in the last year, when I get there, there is only 3 or four vehicle models available. Mostly trucks and vans. That's not a very big choice!

Unfortunately, my interaction with the gate attendant before leaving after picking my car up on August 26th (5:20pm) was quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve experience in my life. The man was incredibly rude for no apparent reason and never answered my question about tolls. It wasn’t even the level of human decency, let alone good customer service. I usually have very great experiences with National, but specifically when I’m traveling to Louisville in the future, I’m going to have to choose another company.
