- BDBryan DoverMay 1, 20262.0Drove up to the left hand auto wash. Paid the $18 for a wash. Machine acted like it didn’t know how to adapt to the dimensions of my Mini Cooper. It sat for way too long on the front with the front scrubber spinning on my car. I thought it was broken at first. After nearly rubbing the paint off the front, it did eventually take off and do the rest of the car. Two complete passes went by with nothing happening that I could notice. No liquids or foams were coming out of the machine, so I have no answer to what was going on. This is the most pathetic $18 I’ve ever spent on a car wash. I got home and I might as well have torn up and flushed a $20 bill.

I paid for a service and the machine stopped in the middle of the wash and did not finish its work and the car was super dirty and it was almost 20 dollars! And the worst thing was that there were no workers to complain about! I lost my money just like other customers who were with me and no one attended us! What a disaster
